Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
My parents and I have been staying at the America Best Inn in Boise for a month. The front desk lady is kicking us out for no reason at all, and she said we could renew our stay, but she said we can't now.
She also said that the room stinks, but it doesn't. The room service barely came to our room. We had an air freshener. We've been nice.
The front desk lady will scam you. She doesn't speak English well.
There were ants in our room. There is mold.

On may 24 2025 we Checked into Americas best in Northport on 14,000 N. Tamiami Trail in Florida.
Put our bags in the room and werent too pleased but wanted to go have lunch. We got back from lunch and thats when we found the ridiculous surprises . Towels with unknown substance on them. Phone wasnt working and black hairs on the sheets on the bed when we pulled the cover back .we went to the desk.
I said were checking out. I want a refund. He said OK they said it would be 3 to 5 days to process.. No refund yet I just called them and after about 20 attempts to get somebody on the phone, they informed me that Americas best corporate said because I didnt complain sooner than 45 minutes.
They refused a refund. I took pictures of everything that we saw. Its truly disgusting. The pictures will be submitted to Hotels.com because they are greatly misrepresenting a good reservation company I am disgusted at the fact that theyre refusing to give my money back.
Thats horrible customer service. And I guarantee you my experience and this story will travel to many many people.
The first video and 6 pictures is from our experience. The pictures after those 6 is what is represented on hotels.com, absolutely ridiculous how anyone can display pictures like this as this is what their motel really looks like.

The Manager Lying about my dogs. Acting as if i haven’t paid money to keep my dogs warm
- - A dog catcher was called for no reason after a dispute about noise.
- - The owner harassed people during the winter storm and called the humane society.
Thr dog catcher was called for no reason my dog *** on the property and i hadnt gotten it up before the owner / Manager beat on the door complaining about *** out side talking real nasty I responded by saying ok and the i said you dont have to talk like that He walk on and then went and called the inhumane society on my dogs. This person has got into with several people since these last 4 day ive been up here He walking around harassing people during this
tragic winter storm He is jeopardizing the livelihood of me and my dogs doing this inclement weather that is under freezing.

I walked away from a domestically violent relationship and came to Alexandria. I've been here four days so far and since then I've been at the American Best Value Inn on McCarthy Drive.
Probably at 9:45 p.m., the manager/owner basically had his night-watching son come knock on the door and tell me I was not allowed to have company. When I asked what he meant, he told me I couldn’t have my grandsons come visit me. I was told I could not have any visitors, or I would be kicked out and would have to go to another motel. Then to top it off, like we were doing something wrong, the night worker and her son made sure I kept the door open while my grandsons picked up their things so they could walk out and leave, but he watched and made sure they left before he went down the stairs.
I stay to myself and don’t understand why all of a sudden I’m being singled out because my grandsons came to visit me. Since when can't they? I want to be reimbursed for my four days here because that was uncalled for. I'm 60 years old and I've never been in a motel where the management would not let family members come visit family members that were out of town.
I expect my refund ASAP because you took it daily from me, and I will never step foot on the property of the American Best Value Inn again.
Be prepared; foreigners run these motels, and because we’re Americans, they expect to single us out and nitpick to try and get us kicked out so they can keep the money.

Made my reservation for 5 nights; I only got to stay for three of the nights because on the third night the hotel had a fire. Everybody was told to evacuate the hotel and people who were long-term residents were getting help through the Red Cross.
I contacted the Red Cross, and they pointed me to Mike Patel, the owner of America’s Best Value Inn, and I got nowhere on my refund for the 2 nights that I didn't get to stay. I've contacted the owner on several attempts only to get nowhere.

Issue was resolved in less than 24 hours
Although I never caught the person responsible, what I did see was enough to make me want to cancel the remaining 4 nights I have already paid for. However, I've been sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes trying to get someone to come to the front desk so they can refund my remaining nights. I still have yet to contact anyone. To make matters worse, every number I can find online for America's Best Value Inn either doesn't speak English or the recording gives me the runaround.
I'm not a happy customer.
I've been here for almost a month. You would think they would show a little more motivation to at least come to the front desk.

In town for a funeral. Chose this hotel because of previous experiences with this chain.
By far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Mold all over the curtains, bed pushed up against the AC; when bed was moved, AC wanted to fall out of the wall. Stained sheets, bathroom smelled like urine. One light in the whole room.
TV was wet, fridge was horrible. Roaches!
