Place is rancid , owner manipulates his employees and underpays them. Falsifies documents regularly.
Front desk manager calls Americans unintelligent and ignorant , spit and threw a key at my girlfriend when she worked there. I also did part time maintenance and these photos correspond with that.
Roaches all over dressers and appliances in almost every room. Dead animals left on the sidewalk sometimes and to top it all off theres mold in a majority of the bathrooms , the owner just requests its painted over.

I booked a room and didn't get there until 9:00 pm. The next morning I reserved again.
Same room type before check out at 11:00. I was told I
Had to leave and check back in at 3:00 or pay $25.00 for electric. I refused to

They called the law and I had to leave. I booked through booking.com and the cop said the hotel sent back the money. I have not received it back hours later and I do not
Have the money to book another room until I get that back. I'm homeless without money and a place to stay.
I've never had a hotel do this to me before. Horrible ignorant management! I wouldn't stay at this place again if it was free! They are not clean rooms either.
Very outdated! Go to another cheap hotel, don't stay here!

Stolen deposit
I stayed at the Fort Myers, fl location for 3 night.. after a couple days I called about my deposit because my bank stated that transaction was no longer pending and was completed. The guy from India I assume said a refund was issued Jan 23
My bank stated they finalized transaction on Jan 23 at 4:32 pm and did not reverse transaction.
I called this morning and guy said refund was issued at 2:34 am on Jan 24
Stay away from this company.
And if you go to any hotel where the have a kiosk with Indian customer service in south fl they will steal your money

I rented a room for the night, paid a $100 deposit, and it was never put back onto my card. I want to know why.
There was nothing wrong with my room when I left.
This is twice now that this hotel has done this to me. I'm wanting to resolve this problem, or I will go to the Better Business Bureau.

Me and my son were returning to go to town to get few items I had two rooms next to each other one room for my son and his sitter and one for me and my husband. As we return back I want to push me screaming tell me she was calling 911 because I've had four visitors I said I have had my husband stop by he works lots of hours and the door dash guy dripping off lunch my son as and my sitter she shoved me toward my rooms told me I was lying that I had lots people in my room demanded I open my doors I did as I said no one in my room and only the sitter in my sons room I was so embarrassed and humiliated it runs the best friendship we packed up and headed home I would like my money back this is ridiculous who is she to judge us we did nothing wrong we simply try to get settled into our room and get some dinner so we could rest after a long trip I did not recommend this place to anybody stop it off out of that morning they just busted in the housekeepers busted in the room without knocking or anything we had them paid our room and my son was naked trying to get dressed he was very embarrassed I fight they are just targeting us because we have a handicap child and I am very upset n

I have breast cancer that I'm dealing with right now, but I don't go around being rude to people. I have financial issues I'm dealing with right now; also I just lost my home. We went and had a motel stay.

The hotel manager or staff was so rude about the door lock broke ? Refrigerator was broke and the ac not working right as we called twice to asked about the refrigerator situation that man on the phone literally told my mother if they cant fix it they will put us in another room but however we went to desk this morning he decide to go off on my mother for asking couple things and he made my family feel unwelcome I wouldnt come back to this place at all and its definitely a rundown hotel you do not want deal with bull(bleep) people

NO: Working Phone, Blow Dryer, Kleenex, Makeup Mirror, Iron or ironing board...ANYWHERE on the property! They looked at me as if I was from another planet when I told them I needed an iron and ironing board!
What hotel doesn't have irons or ironing boards, hair dryer, Kleenex, makeup mirtors or working phones???
I was left with 1/4 roll of toilet paper and NO spare. Of course you can't call the office because the phones don't work.

I can't give them anything to help them be better because they are rude they didn't want anyway whatsoever to fix the problem we went without electricity for two days and then when I said something said I was bothering him and told us to leave and not to ever come back. And as for the call that I just made they hung up then too cuz it was the same man they own the place that man owns the place so I give up hopefully you can help me

I prepaid for a king-size room and a jetted tub, but did not receive them because an extremely rude, young, blonde attendant gave my room away due to overbooking. She refused to refund my money and also refused to give me the corporate number.
I checked in at 3 pm and was not a minute late. During the entire check-in process, I observed at least three different people, apparently on *** in the lobby, as well as a black male with a joint in his hand. The parking lot was basically a residence for homeless individuals living out of their red truck, and there were very sketchy people walking in and out of the lobby. There were also sketchy individuals peeking into my car.
I will not return to this brand. I merely wanted a place to stay and relax while in town on business.

Took a shower first thing upon getting into my suite. Seen the first roach in the bathroom when I was about to get in the shower.
I went ahead and took my shower after taking a few pictures of other bugs I found in the bathroom and killed. My tub wouldn't drain the water out fast enough as I took a shower and came all the way up to almost the overflow valve had to turn the water pressure weigh down so drain out and then I was able to wash my legs and feet before turning off water. Contact the guy at the front desk from my room phone about the problem with the bugs and the tub he came to my room and had a bottle of pesticide with the sprayer and a box of roach tablets and recommendations on where to place them and to spray any bugs that I see. Absolutely ridiculous!
I've contacted corporate customer service for compliance three times now maybe four and have only been told that they would get back a hold of me and the last time that the hotel would be getting back a hold of me soon none of this has happened nobody has asked me to send the pictures in an email for proof I don't think they care I want my money back or a credit preferably not at the same damn Hotel that would be awkward and I'm not trusting that I wouldn't have a repeat incident regardless. Oh and the emails did I get back from corporate you can't respond to so so I have to create a new complaint and retype out the same issue just to get in touch with the owners of the hotel I wasted time on the first complaint I Google searched the 800 number for the hotel and talk to some red line company I guess it was and I'm going to probably guess that that went nowhere even though I was told it would so I just keep getting nowhere with the issue and pretty sure it was a $75 of wasted money. I hadn't got to sleep in the bed in over 3 months the last time being when I was stuck in the hospital for 6 days but the kidney infection and blood poisoning so it would have been really nice to have a good day in my own room with a bathroom in bed and not feel bugs crawling on me and *** I didn't have a choice to go anywhere else. I was blessed to be housed in a room for a night from a gift somebody else gave me so I'm still grateful to be able to not be out in the heat and the sad part is is the hotel knows this.
Probably why I won't get anything resolved with this. Don't stay at this place people I waited long enough for them to handle this professionally before writing this review but people need to know what to expect.
Sorry for any typing errors I'm talk to texting because I'm tired of typing out this problem over and over again so understand that I'm not illiterate I just don't care to fix typos right now. Also I just tried posting the pictures to this review and it kept giving me an error message and won't upload the photo I'm not going to jack with it anymore.
User's recommendation: Don't stay here. If you do don't contact the owners of the hotel. Argue with management at the location if you must because you won't get anywhere with contacting Cooper
