I was yelled at by clerk and told to get the *** out because I asked a question. Total disrespect and I will never go back

I can't give them anything to help them be better because they are rude they didn't want anyway whatsoever to fix the problem we went without electricity for two days and then when I said something said I was bothering him and told us to leave and not to ever come back. And as for the call that I just made they hung up then too cuz it was the same man they own the place that man owns the place so I give up hopefully you can help me

Room was filthy
Insects in tub
Toilet was disgusting
NO: Working Phone, Blow Dryer, Kleenex, Makeup Mirror, Iron or ironing board...ANYWHERE on the property! They looked at me as if I was from another planet when I told them I needed an iron and ironing board!

What hotel doesn't have irons or ironing boards, hair dryer, Kleenex, makeup mirtors or working phones???
I was left with 1/4 roll of toilet paper and NO spare. Of course you can't call the office because the phones don't work.

Roaches in my room

Took a shower first thing upon getting into my suite. Seen the first roach in the bathroom when I was about to get in the shower.

I went ahead and took my shower after taking a few pictures of other bugs I found in the bathroom and killed. My tub wouldn't drain the water out fast enough as I took a shower and came all the way up to almost the overflow valve had to turn the water pressure weigh down so drain out and then I was able to wash my legs and feet before turning off water. Contact the guy at the front desk from my room phone about the problem with the bugs and the tub he came to my room and had a bottle of pesticide with the sprayer and a box of roach tablets and recommendations on where to place them and to spray any bugs that I see. Absolutely ridiculous!

I've contacted corporate customer service for compliance three times now maybe four and have only been told that they would get back a hold of me and the last time that the hotel would be getting back a hold of me soon none of this has happened nobody has asked me to send the pictures in an email for proof I don't think they care I want my money back or a credit preferably not at the same damn Hotel that would be awkward and I'm not trusting that I wouldn't have a repeat incident regardless. Oh and the emails did I get back from corporate you can't respond to so so I have to create a new complaint and retype out the same issue just to get in touch with the owners of the hotel I wasted time on the first complaint I Google searched the 800 number for the hotel and talk to some red line company I guess it was and I'm going to probably guess that that went nowhere even though I was told it would so I just keep getting nowhere with the issue and pretty sure it was a $75 of wasted money. I hadn't got to sleep in the bed in over 3 months the last time being when I was stuck in the hospital for 6 days but the kidney infection and blood poisoning so it would have been really nice to have a good day in my own room with a bathroom in bed and not feel bugs crawling on me and *** I didn't have a choice to go anywhere else. I was blessed to be housed in a room for a night from a gift somebody else gave me so I'm still grateful to be able to not be out in the heat and the sad part is is the hotel knows this.

Probably why I won't get anything resolved with this. Don't stay at this place people I waited long enough for them to handle this professionally before writing this review but people need to know what to expect.

Sorry for any typing errors I'm talk to texting because I'm tired of typing out this problem over and over again so understand that I'm not illiterate I just don't care to fix typos right now. Also I just tried posting the pictures to this review and it kept giving me an error message and won't upload the photo I'm not going to jack with it anymore.

I was given a customer service number on the internet for the eye glass company. Very difficult to find a customer service number for America's Best Hotel Inn, and Suites. I reached your website. I started answering questions with the bot chat and then I was directed to pay a dollar to talk to someone. I left your site. I finally found another customer service number and I called it. I reached reservations instead and he was irritated but he finally found a customer service number for me to call tomorrow because the office is only open Monday through Friday at certain hours.

From the moment I entered my room I went to take a shower. Upon entering the bathroom of my room I noticed a roach right away and a few other small Critters & some dead ones. Took pictures & ended up walking around the whole room taking other pictures of the same thing. I took my shower real fast because that was priority. I was overheated & dehydrated. A cool shower was what i needed. After I got out of shower I called the front desk & cordially told the guy what was up & I had pictures & he said give him a minute & he'd come to my room to inspect it himself. I open the door to my suite & he's standing there with a spray bottle of ortho pesticide & a box of roach tablets. He gave them to me & told me to spray any other bugs I see & his recommendations where to drop the roach poison tablets throughout the suite. Like wtf!? That *** still blows my mind I've never seen such horrible handled customer service I don't think the audacity the bathtub filled up as I was taking a shower almost to the top of the tub right below the Overflow valve on the tub & it wouldn't drain only very slow. I had to turn the water pressure way down so the time I finished my shower the water was almost drained out & I could rewash my feet that had been sitting in my dirty shower water. the front desk guy lives at the hotel. No prob. but he put me right next to his room & told me he got off at 11:00 that night and was going to play some Need for Speed and I was just conversating with the guy well I had no idea that around 11:05 he had a loud *** surround sound system in his room and from 11:05 to probably almost 2:00 a.m. he was blasting that crap loud as all get up sounded like he was watching all the action scenes of The Fast and Furious movies it was ridiculous. I still can't believe after contacting customer support twice now I still haven't had anything resolved
